The National Port Authority is seeking suppliers to provide building materials through a national open competitive bidding process. This is an opportunity for Liberian and international suppliers to bid on the supply and delivery of construction materials needed for port infrastructure projects.
Reference: IFB N0. NPA/NCB/010/2026 Allow only Liberia owned providers to participate: No P. Procuring entity: NATIONAL PORT AUTHORITY. Procedure: National Open Competitive Bidding (NOB). Liberian building materials suppliers, importers, and distributors can bid. Companies with stock or access to construction materials (cement, steel, timber, aggregates, etc.) and the capacity to deliver to the port can participate. Both local manufacturers and trading companies are eligible.
