The Judiciary is seeking qualified service providers to digitize court records and proceedings through a national open competitive bidding process. This is an opportunity for technology and digital services companies to bid on implementing a comprehensive court digitization system. Both Liberian and international firms are eligible to participate.

Liberian technology and digital services companies, IT consulting firms, or software development companies with experience in records management systems, document digitization, and court management software could bid. Companies may partner with international technology providers if needed, as foreign ownership is not restricted.
