The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Programme is Africa's largest entrepreneurship programme, supporting 10,000 entrepreneurs annually across all 54 African countries including Liberia. Selected entrepreneurs receive $5,000 seed funding, 12 weeks of business training, and mentorship from successful business leaders. Applications typically open January each year. No equity taken.
Open to all African entrepreneurs including Liberia. Must be an early-stage business (0–3 years). Requires a business idea or existing enterprise. No minimum revenue. Applications open annually in January.
