The National Port Authority is seeking qualified vehicle rental service providers through open competitive bidding. Liberian-owned companies with a fleet of vehicles and rental management capability can bid to provide vehicle rental services to support port operations. This is restricted to Liberian-owned providers only.

Liberian transport and logistics companies with vehicle fleets (cars, trucks, or specialized vehicles) can bid. The company must be Liberian-owned, registered with PPCC, and able to demonstrate reliable vehicle maintenance and rental management experience.
