The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning is seeking qualified contractors to perform repair and maintenance work on a non-residential building through national open competitive bidding. This is a construction/maintenance tender open exclusively to Liberian-owned companies.
Reference: IFB/MFDP/SBA/NCB/003/2026 Allow only Liberia owned providers to participate: Yes. Procuring entity: MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING. Procedure: National Open Competitive Bidding (NOB). Liberian construction companies, civil engineering firms, and building maintenance contractors can bid. Companies with experience in building repairs, structural maintenance, and facility upkeep would be well-positioned. This is restricted to Liberian-owned providers only.
