The Ministry of Education is seeking qualified suppliers to provide food stuff through a national open competitive bidding process. This is restricted to Liberia-owned providers and represents an opportunity for local food suppliers, distributors, or trading companies to bid on supplying food items to educational institutions.
Reference: IFB No.MOE/SBA/PSIP/NCB/002/2026 Allow only Liberia owned providers to participa. Procuring entity: MINISTRY OF EDUCATION. Procedure: National Open Competitive Bidding (NOB). Liberian-owned food suppliers, agricultural traders, food distributors, or wholesale companies can bid. Suppliers should have capacity to source and deliver food items in bulk to meet Ministry of Education requirements. This is particularly suited to established food trading or agricultural processing businesses with reliable supply chains.
