The Mastercard Foundation Young Africa Works programme creates dignified and fulfilling work for young people across Africa, including Liberia and West Africa, in partnership with employers, governments, and financial institutions. The programme supports access to finance, skills development, and market access for young entrepreneurs and SMEs. Funding windows open throughout the year via partner financial institutions and NGOs.
Open to young Africans (ages 18–35) in eligible countries including West Africa. Access through partner organisations and financial institutions. Check Mastercard Foundation website for current open windows.
