The Ministry of Education is seeking qualified contractors to renovate and rehabilitate public schools across Liberia through national open competitive bidding. This is a civil works project open exclusively to Liberian-owned construction and rehabilitation companies that can manage school infrastructure improvements.
Reference: IFB No.MOE/SBA/PSIP/NCB/003/2026 Allow only Liberia owned providers to participa. Procuring entity: MINISTRY OF EDUCATION. Procedure: National Open Competitive Bidding (NOB). Liberian construction firms, civil engineering contractors, and building rehabilitation specialists can bid. Companies should have experience in educational facility renovation, project management capability, and ability to meet quality standards for school infrastructure. This is restricted to Liberian-owned providers only.
