Liberian telecommunications and internet service providers (ISPs) with established infrastructure, technical capacity, and service delivery experience can bid. This includes companies offering broadband, fiber, wireless, or satellite internet solutions. Bidders should have proven experience delivering enterprise-grade internet services to government or large institutional clients.
